OUR BELIEFS

The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice.

This Statement of Fundamental Truths is intended simply as a basis of fellowship among us (i.e., that we all speak the same thing, 1 Corinthians 1:10 [KJV/NIV]; Acts 2:42 [KJV/NIV]).

The phraseology employed in this Statement is not inspired nor contended for, but the truth set forth is held to be essential to a full-gospel ministry.

No claim is made that it covers all Biblical truth, only that it covers our need as to these fundamental doctrines.

Prayer Objectives
Spiritually
That there be a great hunger and thirst for God and His Word, and to walk in holiness and humility before God and man.
That there be no idols in our hearts, and that God’s desires be our desires, and His will be our will.
That illumination of Scripture will come in greater measures to all who teach and preach the Word and to those who listen; that the Word of God will be rightly divided and hearts preserved from doctrines of devils.
That any strategies and plans of the enemy against New Life, and its individual members, will come to naught. That no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
That Divine wisdom be manifested greatly in the lives of the leadership, and the individual members of New Life.
That New Life will be a place of godliness, love, joy, peace, mercy, fellowship, and unity, and that the Holy Spirit will be allowed to move freely in signs and wonders and in the decent and orderly operation of His gifts.
That the people of New Life understand their authority as a believer, who they are in Christ, their giftings and callings, and begin to practically live out those truths.

Physically
That Divine health and healing be manifested speedily in the bodies of all who face health challenges, and no attack of sickness and disease be able to prosper, in the Name of Jesus.

Numerically
That there be an increase of salvations and those filled with the Holy Spirit, and that the church grow numerically with people who are in agreement with the direction and leadership of the church, and be no source of contention among the body.

Relationally
That there be no contention in the homes of those who attend New Life, but that those homes be a place of godliness, love, unity, forgiveness, and peace.

Financially
That wealth and total life prosperity come upon the people of New Life and they honor the Lord with their substance that there may be no lack in His Church.
